Our holiday home with a total of 3 holiday apartments is located in Burgau, about 10 minutes by car to Legoland or Günzburg.
Each apartment, each approx. 55 square meters, has 2 separate bedrooms, each with 2 beds (1 flat screen TV in each bedroom), as well as a living/dining kitchen and a bathroom. Free guest WiFi is available.
Our apartments are equipped with allergy-friendly laminate or real wood floors.
Shops (bakery, Aldi, drugstore) can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes.
Behind the house there is a large garden with a trampoline and a play area.
Parking spaces (video-monitored) are available on the private property behind the house.
Arrival: from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. or by arrangement
Departure : by 10:00 a.m. or by arrangement
Pets are not allowed; non-smoking apartment; no parties or festivals.
Our prices :
EUR 50.00 per night for 2 people
Euro 10.00 / night for each additional child from 3 years
EUR 20.00 per night for each additional adult over the age of 18
Euro 10.00 / flat rate for children under 3 years incl. cot and high chair
final cleaning: 30.00 euros
Intermediate cleaning on request: EUR 25.00
Minimum overnight stay : 2 nights
Surcharge for 1 night: Only possible after consultation
Included in the price:
free WIFI , 1 set of towels and bush towels per guest ,free bed linen,
all additional costs such as electricity (no charging of e-vehicles), water, etc.

Cancellation conditions:

OUR HOLIDAY APARTMENTS
In our holiday home we offer you 3 beautiful apartments, each about 55 square meters
with separate access and each with a balcony/terrace.
Each apartment has two separate bedrooms, each with 2 single/double beds.
Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV with satellite reception.
The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need for your stay. The eat-in kitchen with a beautiful dining area has a stove with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, as well as crockery, pots, cutlery, kettle, coffee pad machine (Senseo), etc.
The apartment, which is equipped with laminate and partly real wood floors, is therefore particularly recommended for allergy sufferers. All apartments have their own terrace / balcony for private use.
The bathroom with window has a shower/bathtub with sink and toilet.
Parking spaces are available in a private car park directly behind the house. For your security, this car park and the entrance area are under video surveillance.
The large garden behind the house with a comfortable seating area for the adults and football goals, trampoline, small children's play area, etc. for the children invites you to end the evening.
The apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 people.
Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. No parties or festivals.
Shops such as a bakery (also open on Sundays), Aldi, Netto, Rossmann, etc. are just around the corner and you can easily reach them in a few minutes on foot.
